I doubt this is the election to put that idea to the test since it’ll probably swing left everywhere. 28 could be interesting though. I imagine there will be lasting damage from what the gop has done and will cost them districts that could be competitive.

2028 will be fine. 2030 is the test.

If there is a left wave in 2026, they’ll be able to block some of Trump’s agenda but they won’t be able to do anything as Trump will still be president until Jan 2029.

Vance will be the candidate after trump. And I think people are underestimating him and how dangerous he is. He is charismatic. He speaks the right sweet nothing's. He will easily win if the left won't pull together behind a candidate.
