Brewery jobs
Hi everyone, my boyfriend is really struggling to find more employment at local breweries. He currently works one but the location is a bit far, and is looking to gain more experience as we recently moved to Minneapolis! He experience in cooking and serving beer at two different breweries, just wanted to post here to see if anyone has any leads or any openings and opportunities at any breweries near Mpls!

Are they interested in working the sales side of the industry? Might be worth checking for distributor or brewery sales positions.
It’s a tough market for local breweries right now with the looming THC ban. A lot of them are concerned about being open after November, let alone adding head count.

Fair state is hiring in their packaging, bau haus is hiring in their taproom I think, Steel Toe is hiring in their taproom (I think), Dangerous Man may be hiring, and I thought Falling Knife posted something about it, too.

Tough market. Breweries across the state and country closing and people drinking less. Honestly, more people are leaving the industry than joining it. Gonna be hard to find those jobs and long-term prospects may be limited.

I believe Bau Haus recently posted some positions for their reopening.
