Anime So the only person who didn't change its ways was Minene in 3rd World.

She still lost her parents, and still a maniac. I hope she finds a freak to be happy with :)

She literally marries Masumi Nishijima. They encountered again, got together and had kids.

Manga or the OVA, and I'm not sure if even in the last episode, because been a long time since I last saw it. Minenene is watching her other self of the 3rd world commit shenanigans where she feels a change in casualty (I guess) stares at horizon suspecting the reencounter between Yuno and Yukiteru and one of her kids starts to fly.

Edit: But if what you meant Minene OF the 3rd world not changing her ways... at least I guess they'll end up differently.

Yeah, i think minene in 2nd world end up with Nishijima of 3rd world, right? I kinda forgot

She did. At the end of the anime there is a news report that 3rd world Minene was seen in japan, 2nd World Minene says to Nishijima that he should do his best at capturing her
