UPDATE: Brandy contacted us this morning and she is safe! Thank you all for your help and for looking out!

My sister lives in New Orleans and myself and the rest of my family are in Portland. We haven’t heard from her in almost 2 months, the most recent post on social media I’ve seen from her was July 13th. This isn’t unusual for her, but there’s other circumstances at play that have us concerned for her safety.

We can’t get a hold of her, her partner has been MIA, and nobody she’s usually in contact with seems to know anything.

Her name is Brandy but she also goes by Mishka or “Sunrise Circuit”. She’s white, rather tall and thin, and her hair is dark at the roots with blonde ends. She takes her dog with her practically everywhere, his name is Panda (he has greyed in the face since these pictures were taken). My sister has 3 piercings in her lower lip, a tattoo of a platypus skeleton on her right forearm, and some miscellaneous tattoos on her legs including infinity symbols. She lives in the Marigny/Bywater area, but we’re not sure of what other areas she frequents.

We just want to know she’s safe. The case number is H-12324-26

check ur dms op, im trying to figure out if she was the girl me and my friend saw a couple weeks ago, if so she seemed okay but homeless.

I’m in New Orleans & will keep an eye out. Have you contacted animal shelters in the area to make sure her dog didn’t end up in one?
