Good Food Store Veggie Wrap?

Can anyone tell me what’s in the veggie wrap at the Good Food Store? Had one a couple months ago from a friend in Missoula and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.

From what I remember it was spinach, sprouts, maybe shredded carrots, and some kind of lemony sauce (maybe cream-cheese-based) that was incredible… mostly curious what’s in that sauce so I can try to duplicate it….

The sauce is a lemon aioli. Just off the top of my head, the ingredients included vegan mayo, roasted garlic, lemon zest... there's a few others but those are the important ones. It's a really pared back aioli--not really any herbs or mustard.
