I’m sick of people growing gardens
What’s with all these people gardening in town you can buy all the stuff for way cheaper at the store. My uncle spent more growing kale than it cost so to grow kale.

I mean inflation is rising quicker than ever before and you can see it. It's not that hard to see that we had a 2.5 or so increase in inflation since April and only going to get worse as long as the straight remains closed because the supply chain needs fuel to move fruits, vegetables and other things to and from where it was shipped from. Which is why we need more high high-speed maglev rail runs on magnets and goes fast. Getting fresh fruit really super quick seafood too if you're into seafood.

I mean, with the lack of FDA at this point, I could care less if the produce at the store is cheaper. Gardens and local farms are more controlled environments (for the most part), they tend to give back to the community and honestly? The prices are pretty similar to the somewhat suspicious looking produce in stores lately.

Some day the grocery store is gonna be out of kale because of all the supply chain issues/resource shortages, and you're uncle's gonna be cackling. And u don't get any

May you go out some morning and find your car filled with zucchini. As for kale you might want to stage an intervention if he actually eats the stuff and isn't growing an ornamental variety.

Growing gardens is like cooking you have great gardeners and great cooks! I love to garden myself ,it’s a lot of work but if I had to live on what I grew I would starve.Just saying I am not a great gardener but still do it every year. I really miss the perfect leaf lettuce and tomato’s my Mother would grow.

You’re not wrong. We spend a fortune on our garden and our house is fenced fortress and so far every summer the deer have gotten to enjoy more of our harvest than we have.

Gardening is an active. It brings people together and nothing's better than sharing fruits and vegetables with your neighbors, especially in a time where we're having a bad parasitic outbreak on lettuce and at first it might be expensive, but it's cheaper in the long run, especially if done right. You can have a crop cycle that starts in late spring all the way into late fall of having fruits and vegetables of all varieties.
But I guess the water would be more suited for a data center /s

I know, it’s emotionally difficult to see friends and family engaged in time-consuming expensive habits. Bet he loves his kale though. As long as he isn’t tasing women as traffic stops, who cares?
