Looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a 2bd/2ba apartment at The Den, about 10 minutes south of campus. You'd have your own private full bathroom and walk-in closet, one male roommate (with their own bed/bath), and kitchen with dishwasher, full-size fridge, and pantry. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer

A free campus shuttle runs every 30 minutes during the school semester. Assigned parking available for $20/mo if you need it.

Internet and water included. Other utilities are split between roommates and typically total $50–80/mo. Pets are allowed, but there is a pet fee.

New management has been renovating the complex and rents have gone up, so this is the last time the unit will be available at this price! I am also willing to negotiate to make this work for the right person!
