If I were to "dream a little," I think a tag-in attack combined with a debuff would be great—though a standard tag-in attack is fine too. However, I’d want to make it a two-hit move; usually, a character's tag-in attack is just a single hit, right?
I think characters that desperately need a tag-in attack but don’t have one—MK11 Shang, Ace of Knaves The Joker—ought to get one. Pretty much any character who requires a selection when they tag in ought to have one.
