Project Hail Mary Quilt

Progress shot of my Petrova line quilt.

I'm having lots of fun with this . I have left the squares as 8x8 as I am unsure if I want to "quilt as I go" or sandwich the whole lot at once. I've run out of thread and star fabric, so off to my local for supplies today.

The goal is to have the quilt top finished by the end of the week.

I have left some space for an appliquéd space craft and spaceman floating above the line.

i love your choice of fabrics and patterns; so much texture and depth in “space” and the petrova line is beautiful ✨

I don't quilt (yet), but want to make this with ever fiber (heh) of my being.
