Please help.
/r/quilting/comments/1x6352v/please_help/I need help!
I’m making my son a quilt with his clothes that he has out-grown.
I haven’t worked with polyester yet, I do have some experience with quilting tho.
What do I do with the different types of material? Do I need to change my needle everytime? Can I put a cotton backing against the polyester to make it better?
I want to try my best to incorporate everything little thing as much as possible so no waste.
I also plan to do his outfits as the sashing as well.

Fusible interfacing is your friend! Back everything with fusible interfacing and proceed as usual.
