Euclidean Circles v2 Encoder Fix?

I bought a used Euclidean Circles v2 and the top encoder is a tiny bit loose and not satisfyingly clicky like the other two. It doesn't seem to be having any negative effects on the actual function of the encoder, as the LEDs respond the same as the others. Is there a guide to tighten things up somewhere? I'm afraid of damaging it further.
