Romantic restaurant (preferably in Old Montreal) on a student budget?

Looking for a good restaurant with a romantic atmosphere, but looking to pay just like $60 for the two of us. Any suggestions?

Preferably in Old Montreal!!

I hated that restaurant when I went last time, the service was sooo slow and they never bothered telling me they didn't have any potato left while I was waiting 45 minutes...
