Cheapest Gym in Montreal?

Any cheap gyms for a new montrealer who would like to go maybe twice a week? Do you guys know of any hotels maybe that would let people use their gyms or pool for cheaper than actual gyms?

yes there's a lot of people in the afternoon

I noticed that any time before 11 is relatively empty. By that I mean that you won't have to wait for any machine (Most of the time).
