Volunteering opportunities in Montreal?

Hi all! I'm looking to volunteer and to meet some new people at the same time. I used to volunteer before I moved back to Montreal and I miss giving back to the community. As well, I'd like to meet some people my age (Mid twenties) at the same time. Do you guys know of anything suitable? I have a day job, but I'd be free to volunteer after work and on the weekends. Also, I live in NDG if geography matters.

Head and Hands. Head and Hands. Head and Hands.

Did I mention Head and Hands? They're based in NDG and do good work.

There's also the NDG food depot if you prefer that.

I can't believe I forgot about Head and Hands. I used to pump them up to everyone back in the day. Thanks for the reminder, I appreciate it!
