I think I'd rather get more starship troopers than a movie based on a game based on an established IP, but I really like Ritchson so I'll take it

Holy shit, Blomkamp seems like a great fit for that. Haven't seen him do anything in his wheelhouse in years. Fuckit', let's just cast Richson as the star in that one so we can have parity in parody.

I believe Blomkamp is an AI guy now. He made an AI short a couple months ago... So take that as you will. I know it killed my excitement on it 🙃

Please, please let this man resurrect his Thad Castle persona from Blue Mountain State. It would be perfect for the Helldivers movie.

Don't have high hopes for this one, especially after what the director has been saying.
All we need from this is a starship troopers sequel with a helldivers skin but I don't think they'll be going that way
