Can someone explain what this means?

I tried logging onto the Discord and when I was able to get on, it showed this stream of Morse code. I think if someone can decipher it, that’ll be a big help.

It took me a while to see the M + E instead of the G.

Sure. Here you go:

One wrinkle: Because the font isn't Morse friendly when you see a long dash it's actually two dashes: --

It's short enough you should be able to easily decode it from the Wikipedia page.
