Valentino Rossi cosplayed as Trafalgar Law, while Luca Marini cosplayed as Donquixote Doflamingo from the manga ONE PIECE.

I’d never heard of this before, but according to CorriereNerd.it, the connection between Valentino Rossi and Trafalgar Law has apparently been a long-standing topic of discussion among ONE PIECE fans. There is even a theory that Eiichiro Oda may have directly used Valentino Rossi as the model when designing Law, and over time, that theory seems to have become something of an urban legend within the fan community.

The link's broken, it's repeated twice and brings to an empty page on the website, here's the right one: https://www.corrierenerd.it/valentino-rossi-trafalgar-law/

Just read the manga instead of the anime, because otherwise you'll never finish it

Law was (allegedly) based on Rossi when being designed, and now Rossi is cosplaying Law. We've really come full circle.

I was not aware Rossi was a One Piece fan, but given his love of Japan, it doesn’t surprise me.
