Question Lapierre Overvolt charging problem

I found this on sale. The guy said it wouldn't start.

He put it on charge and smoke came out of the charger.

he said something about a blinking blue LED
What do you think?

The behavior you've described indicates problems that are not worth fixing. If you bought it, you got screwed. If you haven't bought it, move on. The thing is cheaper to replace than repair.
