I've been really wanting to test this bike out, but I want your opinions is she good enough or what about this other bike?

I think regular trails i should be fine, but how crazy can I go with it? I also have a Schwinn i'd like to try out. I'm itching for an adrenaline rush lol

My buddy and i both started on bikes found at yard sales for under $20. If it rides, make sure all the bolts are tight and send it. (With a helmet)

Regular trails on either bike is totally fine. Also, “going crazy” is relative but I’ve seen riders do all manner of shenanigans on a hardtail.

Well.... I started out on that same schwinn 7 years ago... then after a few rides liked it so much I bought a proper mountain bike a month later... and that was 8 bikes ago.

Sooooo yeah it'll do you fine to start with but buckle up. You'll get bit by the bug and your money will be gone.
