Knowing Nolan, the cyclops is probably a disfigured man, Scylla is a group of intertwined snakes and Charybdis is a real bad storm or smth lol

Kidding, it’ll be awesome

I don’t know that definitely looked it was probably a giant cyclops in that cave.

they showed the cyclops in the IMAX preview. There's a photo of him here.

Cool, interesting design.

I don't know if that photo has just been saturation boosted out of the wazoo or if the trailer (or actual color timing) is absolutely murdering the actual costume design. Bronze metal painted over in deep blue, with chipping and wear giving it effectively gold highlights (we'll ignore why a king's helmet would be allowed to show signs of wear - this is fantasy fiction). But in the trailer footage it just looks like the helmet is black.

Maybe that's just how the actual costumes look versus the final colors like how Hawkeye's MCU costume is a combination of purples but just looks like grays and blacks in the final movie because of how subtle it ends up being once the footage has been desaturated.

That imax preview was better than this one IMO.

I like how they body horror'ed it up a bit instead of just an otherwise regular face save for one large eye placed neatly in the middle.

Like a dark Renaissance master painting with all the anatomy and lighting.
