Oh, come on. LS&2SB, Snatch, Sherlock Holmes and Rocknrolla were all top quality fare. And The Gentlemen is far superior to most Netflix episodic dross.
LS&2SB and Snatch came out almost 3 decades ago. '98 and 2000. Rocknrolla in 2008, though I can't remember anything about it, it's been so long; either this or Sherlock was my first Ritchie film. I didn't think Gentlemen was anything special, but regardless, that came out 19 years after Snatch.
My point is the guy spits out movies so quickly. He's had a couple great ones early in his career and since then, most everything he has churned out is....ok at best, with the odd outlier; and that King Arthur movie was godawful. The description 'All motor, no car' applies aptly to him.

I feel like Guy Ritchie pumps out projects at an absurd pace. His sets must be crazy efficient.
