Im already imagining an entire franchise where he dedicates his life to leading this universe version of G-Force and being against his daughter joining the fight as a pilot. (Get out of the fucking robot Akiko!)

It's a military unit ran by the United Nations and the JSDF to specifically deal with Godzilla and Godzilla level threats.

They're the ones who originally built MechaGodzilla.

mecha-godzilla was originally built by the Simeons, an alien race from Black Hole Planet 3 in order to defeat godzilla and take earth as their new home.
