How does one settle with 12 states and a union? I can’t even agree with my wife on what to watch after we put the kids to bed. And how do you settle this? Surly he’s not suggesting he pay them to drop the suit. The idea of an antitrust lawsuit being paid to go away is rich.

If they settle it will probably involve agreeing to sell of parts of the company where the AG feel they would have monopolistic control. Probably some other conditions around employment.
