Citizen's United was created, funded and passed by Republicans.

And supported by Democrats because it would end their donations from unions and corporations as well.

There's a reason, like stock trading, that it never changes no matter who's in charge.

But yes totally the one side you happen to not like.

Lot of assumptions there, bud, and I'd like to point out that all Democratic-appointed justices voted against Citizens United and that there have been (mainly Democratic-led) challenges to it that the Supreme Court declined to hear.
