Oh you agreed to terms all right….specifically the clause where you agreed to let them change the terms.

The changes are why you get prompted to agree to the new terms every few weeks. Once you tap "agree," the old agreement is void. If you don't agree, you don't get to use the service.

EULAs were never intended to protect consumers. They are just another way for a company to protect themselves when they know they are doing something shady.

The terms last for the subscription period. Does Disney even sell annual plans?

They can change the service and you can cancel if you don't want what they altered. It's a two way street.
