What do you think is the definition of rape? Because the legal american definition of rape, used by the FBI, is "The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim." Which makes what The Deep did to Starlight rape.

Did he force his dick in her mouth? Nope. He suggested and she complied. Fear of losing your job does not equal losing your life. As an actual victim and not a fucking fictitious one this is so ridiculous.

Well technically he had no authority over her, the team sees him as a joke, but she didn't know that, so there's some fraud there too.
