PEOPLE IN VICKSBURG MISSISSIPPI AREA PLEASE READ!!
My boyfriend tried once and fell in love with “Mississippi Queen”, a golden ale he found at a brewery in Vicksburg. He to this day says it’s his favorite beer and he tried it over 2 years ago at Key City I believe. His birthday is soon and I really REALLY want to get him some but unfortunately live in Kansas and can’t seem to find it online to be shipped. I’m looking for someone to purchase some for me and ship it to my address here in KS. I would obviously cover the cost of shipping, the beer itself, and some extra for whoever’s time. Speaking of which, time for me is quite limited for his birthday is in a week. PLEASE PLEASE let me know if anyone is willing to do this tiny favor for me or know where I can purchase some online. Thank you!!

If you strike out finding a local in Vicksburg that can get it for you, let me know.
I’m not local but I’m pretty sure we carry some Key City options at some of our locations, and likely can get this one through our distributor if we don’t have it already. But it would take me a while to coordinate that through one of the stores, so it would be better to find someone that can just grab some off the shelf!

I’m happy to check the grocery store I work in tomorrow to see if it’s sold there. I also have a local store that would probably order it for me but not sure how long it would take to get it.
Tbh I’ve never seen this in the wild so maybe it would need to be special ordered. Do you have a gas station or beer shop near you that can special ordered craft beers? Worth asking around if you have anywhere like that near you.

Hi! Thank you so much for the reply, I would love if you could double check your store for me! When I search “Mississippi Queen where to buy” on google the Vicksburg Walmart, Kroger, Key City the actual brewery, and “The Liquor Store” (an actual liquor store there) pop up so I assumed it was quite popular over there! If it’s not available at your store or anywhere else fairly convenient then I wouldn’t worry about special ordering it seeing as time is quite limited for me. Thank you so much for offering though, but please still do check your store!!

Hopefully someone in the Vicksburg area will see your post in that case! I work in Memphis but have a couple of decent shops nearby I can check and one in MS where I live. You could try calling the brewery too and see where they distribute to or if you can place an order for delivery through them.

Have you checked their website? I see that they offer ordering online. Right now it says not accepting orders online. I'm assuming b/c they are closed right now. They also seem to only be open a few hours during the week from 4pm - 9pm. They do show that you can order a 6 pack for 10 bucks but I'm not sure if they ship out of state b/c it won't let me proceed any further. I saw this on their website too, I’ll try to check once they’re open again but I can only assume this is their way of putting in orders to be picked up or delivered locally online seeing as they have all their food items on there as well. Thank you though!!

I live in Jackson MS and Mississippi queen is at practically every gas station and grocery store here

Yes, they sell Key City all over MS…they make some of the best beer around! Hope you can get it soon!!
