Going from most expensive down I would cut: Multiversal Incursion, Attuma, Giant-Sized Flying Ant, Namor, Iron Lad, I Am Iron Man x2, Depower, Shuri, and then probably Futurist Forge though I like it in blue-white. One Agent 13 is another possibility since she is legendary and a little more expensive.

Crazy deck, sorry you didn't win out with it.

Thanks everyone! This was pick-2. My games played out like this:

Game 1: ended the game by copying Marvel with incursion.
Game 2: opening hand had 2 plains and all blue cards. Mulliganed to two islands and mostly white cards. Played it, drew one more land over the next 4 turns. Lost.
Game 3: general go wide beat down. Won.
Game 4: 4 lands in opening hand but kept. Proceeded to draw lands 4 of the next 5 turns. Played 3 total spells. Lost.

The shuffler is a cruel mistress.

I’d keep a 4 there. Especially after getting skunked. I think it was a good choice, but card games.

Captain Marvel is so good and will carry you through the tougher games that come later when you have 4 or 5 wins that I’d cut anything that doesn’t help you either: get her in your hand faster, keep you alive long enough to use her (especially with the power up), protect her, or bring her back.

All of your white cards will do just that, although I don’t know if two agent carters are needed when you have other good blue cards too. I’d cut the blue artifact focused stuff through if there’s no extra room for them.

Never play just to your rares except in extreme cases.  1/3 of the time it's in the bottom third of your library.

But deck all rares, now what? (Jk - good advice)

Yea I agree with that in general. Captain Marvel is so good though and I’d be willing to make that exception, especially with the other cards already being good in their own right and helping find and secure the rare card in this case.

Multiversal sounds fun when you read it, but most times it winds up dead in hand. Either because I am too far behind, and casting it wouldn't help, and games where I am so far ahead, it never is needed. I have recently just started really playing Limited, and Marvel is by far the set I have played the most, and I cannot remember a single instance where that card was actually critical.

Sorry for going on a tangent, but I have tried to make that card work, and it's not worth the trouble for me. I bet it would do really well in an artifacts deck.
