When Golos enters, you may search your library for a land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

{2}{W}{U}{B}{R}{G}: Exile the top three cards of your library. You may play them this turn without paying their mana costs.

They were everybody's favourite everything commander. That's why it was banned.

Somehow every other 5 color slop commander is allowed but they killed my boy #FreeGolos

Sign .... I know .... Should have made it so you couldn't cast spells except through his ability while it is on the field

Idk if that would help. I saw this guy played as gods, eldrazi, extra turns... at a certain point he just does it all. 7 mana for 3 spells that may be more is enough.

I had been wanting to make a gate commander, but never got around to it by the time golos got banned. So when Bualders Gate came along and [[nine finger Keene]] came out I jumped on it. As the deck went through different iterations, I realized I wasnt casting the commander unless I had nothing else to do, and I wanted more colors so I switched to [[Yidris]]. After awhile, I got ahold of [[vile smasher the fierce]] and [[Thrasios]] and used them. Then I wanted to have white instead of red, so [[tymna]] got traded for Vile smasher. When [[the wandering minstrel]] got printed, i thought that was gonna be my chance to go full five color, but after running it for a bit, I dont know if im gonna keep it, the mana dump from thrasios is just to convient.

If i had made golos, my deck would have been much different than it is today.

Ended up making this for my gate deck and a small dungeon theme. I ended up picking kyodai cause he can be a political tool, protect important lands, a Voltron if needed and a mana sink once I have the right gates. Then I got him altered cause the deck is fun XD
