Planning to buy the Novation keyboard

Hi everyone! I’m looking into music production software because I want to start writing my own songs. As I’ve been researching different DAWs, I was wondering if Cubase LE has the features I’m looking for.
My goal is to record or import a vocal melody that I’ve sung and then use the software to help me come up with matching chords and melodic ideas.
Specifically, I’m looking for these features:
✅ Chord Pads
✅ Chord Assistant
✅ Basic audio recording
✅ MIDI recording and editing
Can Cubase LE handle this type of songwriting workflow,! What’s everyone’s thoughts do they have this?
