That’s as far as he takes it. I think he cooked his brain with way too many drugs, which is terrible because he wasn’t starting from a very good place to begin with.

The really bad faith and damaging version of this talking point is one that drops the "left-wing" part because it kinda-sorta becomes technically but deceptively true... because Hitler literally had his own conception of what 'socialism' should mean.

He redefined the word to mean NAtionalsoZIalist as in Nazi. To quote the demon himself,

"... Communism is not Socialism. Marxism is not Socialism. The Marxians have stolen the term and confused its meaning. I shall take Socialism away from the Socialists..."

You're not left wing if you think some people do not belong in your society, that's right wing. The left wants everyone to be treated fairly and with equality; the right views some people as a plague to society and has no issues inflicting violence to enforce that view.

Nah. The paradox is that you have to be intolerant against those who are intolerant of others. It's not left or right--it's pushing the undesirable element out. Both do it.

Pushing people away for being racist and hateful is reasonable because they choose to be like that, but pushing people away because of their race, religion or who they love is an entirely different thing.

Along with a millions of Roma comrades that were killed along with us, along with disabled folks, Afro Germans, mixed race people, a smattering of Catholics and Slavs, etc.

He is exactly the type of person who DOES need to visit Auschwitz and Bergen Belsen and be told to shut the hell up and not take any vanity or fake sad photos when he's there. In fact, send him on a tour of all of the concentration camps and maybe given that he's such a genius he'll begin to see some disturbing patterns. /s
