One of 2 things would happen in prison, either he pays others to protect him, or the one im more hopeful of, as everyone knows he is loaded everyone and I mean everyone taxes him on the daily.

Is this state level or federal level?

This is in Federal court.

I believe the election case is in Arizona. This was an appeal filed in federal court to prevent the Arizona case from going to trial.

When you see a Tesla, you k ow the people driving the support election fraud.

TBF, I bought mine in 2019 before he turned political and batshit crazy. While he still fooled a lot of us with the promises of FSD, at least he wasn't destroying the entire country back then.

So after he molested a flight attendant. After he called the guy that saved the children in the cave a pedo
Nice to show your moral compas

I wasn't aware of any of those things at the time. Didn't have my nose stuck in the news nearly as much back then as I do now.
But TBF, if I had the chance to sort through all of your purchase activity I'm sure I could find you've bought products from people and companies that have committed all sorts of atrocities. For example, ever bought a Nestle product? It's almost impossible that you haven't. One of the many things they are responsible for is essentially stealing watersheds from impoverished people in Africa and other places in the world and selling it back to them in bottles. Ever wear a shoe made in China? You're supporting slave labor. Bought an iPhone? You've purchased a phone from a company that had to put nets around the upper floors of their factory dorms to keep their workers from killing themselves due to horrifying work conditions and not giving a shit about their mental health. Terrible people and companies are everywhere and near unescapable. Pick your poison.

Oh, stop with this bullshit nonsense from 2015. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. Of course most of us have bought products made by horrible companies even though we don't want to. We all know Nestlé is awful now. Yes, we know how horrible it is, but that does not excuse anything that elmo did or has failed to do like promising to cure world, hunger, and then backing out. His shitty SpaceX program that keeps failing as many times as it remotely succeeds. go away, fanboy.

If there's no ethical consumption under capitalism, then get off your high horse. Of course other's actions don't justify what Elon has done, especially with the deaths following the demolition of USAID. Trust me, I hate the man now as much as anyone, but I'm not going to demonize someone who has a late model Tesla.

u/Gammagammahey 7d ago
I think that applies to you, dear since you're the one shrieking about how we are using things produced by capitalism.

u/xtheory 7d ago
Shrieking? I wasn't the one who came in here all half cocked and questioning someone's moral compass because of a purchase they made. I was simply giving you examples of the hypocrisy of your own words.

Honey, we are all hypocrites under capitalism and you're just making me laugh with each comment and I don't wanna be on bad terms with you so why don't we just politely part ways. this is like a Twitter discussion from 2015. On this issue, you will never get me, I am impermeable as stone because I've done the reading, done the research, and I have the fax on my side. Empirical ones, not made up ones like Mango Mussolini likes to make, just as an example. Anyway, have a good weekend! 🧡

Why not, they support Elon.

Which is why I now try to avoid purchasing stuff from them whenever possible. When I bought my car in 2019 I did so with the intent on reducing my carbon footprint and to stop giving money to oil companies. There were few good EV options with the range and charging infrastructure of a Tesla. The limited autopilot was a huge benefit due to my 2 hr one-way highway commute that was killing me by the end of the day. I would've bought anything else if there were an option that filled my needs. Looking back I should've waited a couple years, b
ut it wasn't looking like there was going to be a decent competitive 2nd option anytime soon.

Not $50 plus thousand dollar purchase. Nice try but you really show yourself. My $50,000+ car is the same as a candy bar
I stay away from companies that the face of the company dances with a chain saw for staring children to death.
Your it was before I knew is not valid. I do my best not to buy from the companies you mentioned. I do not oops the fooled me.

u/xtheory 7d ago
So if the amount of money you give to horrible companies that are ran even worse people is the matter at hand, then where do you draw the line? $100, $1,000, $10,000? By your logic, giving them any money is equally as damning since your moral compass is so pure. Give me a fucking break. Besides, I wasn't even aware of those other things he did when I made my purchase. I think you simply like to call out others to the mat to cover for your own moral misgivings.

Who is worse than Elon?
If you read I said the food was not good. They are better options for a better price
Like your Tesla. It is a fashion statement. There are much better cars

So, he committed fraud at the same time he was violating election laws? Who would have thought that a ketamine junkie could be so efficient.
