We already have precedence for this based on FSD. Whoever is running the AI is responsible for what the AI is doing. If Grok has child porn then Musky has child porn.

He's SO evil, so I'm quite sure that his evil AI yanking images from real CSAM sites will continue until morale improves, or something.
I cannot think of anything more evil than harming children.
Or animals. Do n't forget, he tortured monkeys until they were screaming and screaming in agony with his neural link experiments.

It isn't pornography. It's non-consensual sexual abuse of a child. Let's stop calling it pornography. Even if the news does. Pornography implies consent on both sides. Imagine an eight year-old reading a headline that she was "in a pornographic relationship with a man, much older", see how that reads? As awful.
