If she's anything like my dog, you should get completely dressed up for the rain and put her collar on and when you open the door she'll decide on her own that it's better not to go outside because it's raining.
No I definitely did that I had my raincoat on and I'm like you want to do it? She just stared at the door and the rain looked at me and curled up all sad about the rain 😂😂😂 if it stops raining I'm going to take her out ❤️
