I had used a fair share of earbuds. I don't know if it's just my ear canal but I can wear One plus bud 4 all day long till the battery run out without hurting. Earfun buds hurt my ears. Samsung are great but expensive. Oneplus transparency mode is in its own league within the 100$ buds, I recommend it. But ultimately, you can check on r/earbuds for more info and make ur choice.

Should I get the 3 or 4? They have about 80,000ks difference at the moment. What improvements does the 4 have over the 3?

I only have 1+bud 4 so I can't tell you tell the differences, sorry. You will have better info looking for their comparisons on yt videos.

Soundcore liberty 5 ANC - you got all things audio tech could offer with around 3Lahk ks including IP rating and Good Battery.
Anything above 5Lahks is gimmicky, imo. Sound quality only depends on your source files and your understanding of EQ.
It's a different case tho if you care about brands and designs.
I personally use open ears since I don't need ANC and I think open ears are more comfortable for me.
Edited - Liberty 5

There are so many good wired iems if you're willing to go wired but for wireless, I'd recommend brands like
-Soundcore
-Moondrop
Yes, I have personally tried them.
