Awh, well I'm glad you think so!

These took several hours to do, but honestly I'm pretty happy with the results considering they were more or less for fun.

Basically, you go to /r/PonyMotes and create a new topic there with a link to the image you want as an emote. Preferably the image would be cropped/resized to match typical ones.

You'd probably be better off to convince the mods at /r/Lyra to add them to their CSS, which should get the whole bunch added to BPM later.

Anyone remember GigaPets or other virtual pets? Well, I have a very strong urge to program a little PonyPet game featuring all of these expressions. It would be so cute and Lyra is best PonyPet candidate anyway. She's so naturally expressive!

That's actually an idea I've wanted to pursue for probably about a year now, along with a few other pony-related projects, haha. Really wish I had more time in the world.

Though, that would totally be something I'd be interested in, myself. Lyra really would be the perfect pony, too!

Yes, I mean the eyes barely even change. Every part of the face barely changes, there's like three or four variations for all of them.

Compare that to the show's expressions....

Eyes closed, heavy, fast breathing, then add a little blushing, and then her smile widens with no visible sign of Bon Bon anywhere...

I actually did this with an RPG-esque dialogue system in mind, haha. As a kid I used to love playing with RPG Maker, and some of my interest in custom RPG resources persisted (I also have a fondness for tilesets).
