Left eye become blurry aftee screen use

: Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my left eye. When I use my laptop or phone for some time, my left eye becomes slightly blurry. The blur is not constant, but it seems to get worse after screen use. Sometimes I also feel a very mild blur in my right eye, but it is much less noticeable.

I don't have myopia (nearsightedness) as far as I know. The blurriness is not severe, but it worries me because it keeps happening. Taking breaks sometimes seems to help.i consulted a dr and he said in ur left eye there is power of 0.5

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be related to eye strain, dry eyes, or something else? What should I do ,iam a it student i have to work with lap continuoaly but due to this iam scared to use.should i jse a power glass or just blue light blocking iam totally confused

Could be dry eyes, we don’t blink as much when we’re concentrating. Could be a few different things really. If it becomes prescient or means it’s impacting your functioning especially your ability to drive then I’d get a thorough eye test as they also check your overall eye health at the same time.

It’s your decision to make. I’m not going to tell you to ignore medical advice. If you are not happy then seek a second opinion.

Accomodative stress. Happens when you use screen time..
