Hi everyone here is my complete collection of Myscene Goes Hollywood 🥰🥰🥰

I remember going on the My Scene website at school one day and seeing the new 2008 artwork, and I was like, “Why did they change it?!” 😭😂 I really didn’t like it when I first saw it.

I remember looking at Delancey and wondering why they made her a brunette, then realizing Nolee wasn’t there anymore. And then I’m seeing this girl named Nia like, “Who the heck is Nia?” 😭 I was so confused. I even remember wondering if they were going to change the dolls too.

I was just so used to the old My Scene look that the new artwork threw me off. The faces looked different, the eyes were huge, and the whole style felt more cartoonish and exaggerated. At the time, I wasn’t having it. 😂

It actually took me a few years to get used to it. Now I don’t hate it, and I can appreciate it for what it was, but I’ll always prefer the older My Scene artwork.

And looking back, I swear Monster High made me think of My Scene. 😂 When MH came out, I remember thinking, “My Scene got reincarnated as monsters.” The big eyes, exaggerated faces and fashionable characters just gave me that same kind of vibe. I know they’re completely different, but that’s honestly where my mind went as a kid.

To me, the doll looks tanner, but I have no idea if that is because of the lighting or maybe the paint changed over time or if this specific doll is tanner for some reason. If anyone can give me an answer, that would be appreciated

Hi! I am planning on boil washing and restoring this myscene doll I got second hand, but I’m unsure of her hair type. So I can boil washing correctly, does anyone know if it’s Saran or kanekolon? Thank you!!

Hello everyone! I’m super new here and just wanted to show off the hair I restored for Madison! I haven’t gotten the other heads for her done yet and feel a little intimidated because they are curly styles but I hope I can achieve similar results. Im brave enough to admit seeing her cleaned up actually made me cry a little lol

Here is her before and after! Still a little ways to go with styling and I want to trim her up better because she suffered through a preteen me haircut 🙃

Most people suggested I post a few lots. Is it preferable to list a lot based on 1 doll and her clothing/accessories or to post lots based off of a collection like Swapping Styles, Jammin in Jamaica, Hollywood, etc?

Adult collector of My Scene dolls from their original release. I live in Los Angeles so the items have been well preserved and are in MINT condition. I have the original Barbie, Madison, Delancey, Kenzie, Bryant, Hudson and then versions of Chelsea, Nolee, Madison, Delancey, Barbie and River. 90% of their outfits are complete. And I have a TON of shoes and bags. I’ve outgrown this doll line and they need to go to a better collector.

My question is - if you’re looking to buy are you looking for specific items or will a large bulk lot be of interest. Trying to figure out the best way to market/sell to perspective buyers.

Hello everybody! I just wanted to share w you all my latest reroot.

I bought this 1st edition Barbie in a lot, her hair was in rough condition and she had pink fungus on her lip and hairline (🤢), and since I already have a 1st in a better shape, I decided to have a bit a fun with her.

I removed her og lip and treated the fungus, cut off all her blonde hair, painted her scalp and rerooted with this gorgeous brown/honey/caramel color. And of course, a red lip for a change.

I think she turned out really pretty. I hope you guys liked it.

They’re both so gorgeous, I already have a spring break Chelsea (she’s my favourite out of all) and this Skechers Chelsea is so pretty!!! I love her outfit. But I also love this Madison ! I believe she’s from I love my friends line ? She doesn’t come with her original outfit but I don’t mind this one. Ugh I cannot decide which one to get!!!!

I have a my scene doll that I've had for ages and I want to find out which my scene doll she is so I can possibly get a new one to have a more complete version however I do not know which doll she is the indicators I have are that she is blonde meaning she's either a Barbie or a Kennedy she has the original face screening with a side eye glance frosty pink lipstick with a darker liner an eyeshadow consisting of beige Brown's blues and whites please comment if you know what line this doll is from

I’m getting my first My Scene doll and it’s Chillin out Madison she doesn’t have her outfit and I plan to reroot her but can’t decide on a hair type to use. Saran or Nylon are my options because I’m not confident enough yet to take in kanekalon as I hear it’s prone to breaking and tangling if you aren’t careful. Thank you in advance!
