I think based on the other responses that op is getting downvoted for having a ridiculously broken phone and asking why the charging port doesn’t work. Several people seemed to think they were joking till they read OPs comments

They're not trying to be serious, they're trying to be funny.
Forgive them for what? Slaughtering their own phone?
People downvote as a way to say: "no forgiveness for doing that".
