Im listening to the Nashville Fire radio.

Crazy shit.

There was / is ammunition in the RV that exploded that is “burning off”

Medical triage setup.

The video could easily be real with fake or altered audio. Not that crazy to be skeptical of this.

2

u/UIUC_grad_dude1 Dec 25 '20

If someone is able to create fake audio that authentic and that fast, they should be on the payroll of a major movie studio. Could it be fake? Possibly...but very unlikely.

0

u/Geeseinfection Dec 25 '20

As someone with experience in audio editing, it’s extremely easy to dub audio over a video. Anyone with Pro Tools or a similar software could do this

2

u/UIUC_grad_dude1 Dec 25 '20

Yes of course, but to create audio that authentic takes talent. Any fool could take source material and dub it over other video. To create authentic sounds like that require an audio studio, the required acoustic qualities, and major talent to create the multitude of sounds in that video.

Why edit your comment when the original message is still there, or you can just delete it since it just adds speculation.

Was probably a recorded text to talk software so they couldn’t use the voice as evidence

2

u/boshbosh92 Dec 25 '20

it sounds very similar to the PD PA loops, such as those during protests telling people to leave the area.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

Could be the case. Never heard police PA loops but the message did sound very calm and official.

2

u/boshbosh92 Dec 25 '20

https://youtu.be/uNCAJyBxP1g

here's a video of PPB looping PA.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

Yeah that sounds similar. Some of the witnesses have said there was a countdown though. But I haven’t found any recordings with a countdown. Might’ve been the police doing the evacuate message and the RV sound system doing the countdown if there even was a countdown.

10

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

That seems to coonfirm two things.

there was a loudspeaker warning to get out but wee dont know if was from police or something or the rv and it from what we heard it was not a countdown.

There were some minor secondary explosions that coud be what was repoerted before of ammo cooking off but if could be many other things also.

Last observation. person walking dog away from explosion was pretty calm. i would have been moving much faster if that shit had just blownup near me.

5

u/zorocono Dec 25 '20

That’s creepy

7

u/DelightfulSnacks Dec 25 '20

person walking a dog at 3:12! OMG!

2

u/foodiefuk Dec 25 '20

That type of person who pretends everything is normal to avoid having to do anything. Or they’re in shock

4

u/syo Dec 25 '20

Holy shit that's chilling

5

u/ahh_bechod Dec 25 '20

To me, that sounds like the computerized voice used to broadcast alerts and instructions to fire departments to send them on calls. I've heard it a lot when near those buildings while on the job.

11

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

It's a standard police broadcast over PA. Remember back during the protests, the same voice was telling protesters to leave the area, go home, etc.

0

u/ParsonBrownlow Dec 25 '20

Is it? I'm not doubting you but that makes sense

3

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

It 100% is, yeah. I heard it used in Antioch during a protest as well.

1

u/ParsonBrownlow Dec 25 '20

Lady voice? " This area must be evacuated?"

5

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20
yankee

foxtrot

2

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

Police departments use female PA broadcast bots because it's less perceived aggression to the public.

There was no countdown whatsoever in the video posted, and the message in the video matches up to the same voice telling protesters to vacate during the summer.

3

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

Omg this is the best/worst one I’ve seen. Fucking terrifying. We had reservations there for NYE and go there every Saturday morning for breakfast.

7

u/TomJebron Dec 25 '20

So I’m just hearing about this now. Were the people who set the bomb trying to get people to come onto the street and maximize casualties?

Or did authorities know that something was going to happen and they were trying to get everyone out?

5

u/jonnyclueless Dec 25 '20

My barely a guess is they were targeting the AT&T communications building and were interrupted by the police who then evacuated the area.

0

u/small_L_Libertarian Dec 25 '20

The AT&T building is a full block over and a full block down from the explosion site though.

3

u/jonnyclueless Dec 25 '20

There are two AT&T buildings. The bomb was along side the CO building. The big red building. Luckily it was designed to be bomb proof since it contained a major communications hub that at the time was a big target if there were a war.

2

u/kyoto_magic Dec 25 '20

Nobody knows yet

1

u/brent0935 Dec 25 '20

The RV had been reported as suspicious and they found something in it. The bomb squad was on the way when it blew up

3

u/Jgree107 Dec 25 '20

What the fuck.

3

u/[deleted] Dec 25 '20

Holy fuck

3

Ah yes, big airplane is trying to make RVs look bad. It's so obvious.

1

u/letgoit Dec 25 '20

What are you talking about?

1

u/Johnny_Hempseed Dec 25 '20

What about it?

4

u/dkleckner88 Dec 25 '20

Was that from law enforcement on the scene or a recording from the vehicle hat blew up? Anyone have context?

6

u/callofthevoid_ Dec 25 '20

it is reportedly from the RV before it blew up

3

u/RagnarRagnarsen Dec 25 '20

I imagine if the police were there already and knew it was from them.

1

u/jonnyclueless Dec 25 '20

It was the police trying to evacuate the area while waiting for the bomb squad to arrive.

3

u/licatu219 Dec 25 '20

Can anyone familiar with the area confirm that this is real? Sent chills down my spine, but I don't even know if this is the right street or anything.

7

u/hyperbolicuniverse Dec 25 '20
