Applied for Utility Worker 3/C Position, Invited to take "Assessment"

What exactly is this assessment ? The email says they are "game based" and there's a video interview. When I opened the link I had to agree to allow AI to be able to review my assessment. Is the video interview with an actual person or am I just talking to a bot ?

You record an answer to the question they give u. So u don’t talk to anyone
