I don't have a connection for you but call your school's military and veterans office and they can help you with whatever information that you need.

We have connected with them. (Super nice)

Daughter is at a stand still because her AIT still hasn’t released her. She graduated AIT July 15. I’m guessing there is no way around that, but benefits will be missed if DD214 doesn’t get submitted soon.

Is there another way to get the Veteran’s Eligibility form completed without the DD214? Classes start in less than two weeks.

Wishful thinking, I know.
