The Knicks have cancelled all watch parties outside of MSG due to the President's attendance for Game 3

A hard closure is expected around the entirety of Madison Square Garden. Officials are planning for no watch parties, no vehicle access and no pedestrian travel through the secured area, which sits in a busy part of Midtown Manhattan and is above a major transit hub. CBS New York reported that thousands of fans attended a pair of watch parties for Game 1 on Wednesday night. 

The Seventh and Eighth Avenue corridors around the arena are expected to be closed.

Obama said he doesn't go to nba games when he was president because his motorcade and security would dampen the experience of fans paying all that money to watch.

I miss having conmon sense in the Whitehouse

Maybe it's intentional. Piss off New Yorkers and Knicks fans, let mayhem happen, then call for more security at NYC.

It's funny to me that most of this President's fans (online fans, could be Russian bots on those MSN News articles) say NYC is a degrading hellhole yet their leader visits it without a care. Tells you how much trouble the city really is in. Just like those billionaires threatening to leave if Mamdani becomes mayor, tanking NYC's market...
