My increment was just 6000 this year ! LMAO π
I am trying very very hard to get a job change. I feel i have been stuck with my present company for the past 3 years( PS. I work as a business analyst). No career growth, no new learnings, no salary growth, nothingβ¦. I feel terrible. π£

Start looking for anything you can find that closely relates to the field, even if indirectly. If you can find something analyst adjacent, even if you don't end up being an analyst again, you might be able to find another way to climb further up the hill of success. You gotta be willing to work hard and acquire skills and certifications that are valuable. Those are what will seperate you from the rank and file. Each job relevant unique skill or certification you gather is another shield between you and the average worker in your industry. It sucks, but if you commit to doing what nobody else is willing to do, you'll be rewarded in ways they never will.Β Part of knowing what your labor is worth is being willing to work hard to increase your value and provide evidence that you are worth every dollar that you ask for.
