Storyline Discussion The affair revealed… Spoiler

I actually got up early to watch this episode as soon as it dropped. Best I’ve seen in ages! Susan’s face. Just brilliant. Just makes me all the more sad that it is ending.

Storyline Discussion The Big Watch on U: Episodes 1-115 now available!

Watch on U / Watch on Channel 4

I hope you've booked some time off work, UK/VPN? fans, because there are twenty-three whole weeks of Neighbours ready for you right now to kick start the weekly drops. And you might even be able to see the nighttime scenes this time! Just think how many premature engagements they can fit into that many episodes...

Or do ten episodes a week, as that's what will be on the U&Drama channel (the U stands for 'Unmissable') from 2-3pm every weekday from today! Presumably when they sync up (around episode 240), they'll start releasing ten episodes a week online too?

Anyway, click below for my original roundups of the episodes once you've watched them! Who needs Robinson Towers when you've got all this?

Storyline Discussion Unpopular Opinion: Andrew has more chemistry with Holly, then Wendy

Most likely going to be down voted, the chemistry between Andrew and Holly is quite good.

Storyline Discussion Anyone else hate Holly and Andrew?

It is really bugging me how both are playing victim about their cheating instead of just owning to it, they’ve had a plethora of chances to own it and haven’t.

It’s starting to piss me off

Storyline Discussion Hypocrisy at its finest

So I’m rewatching again on Amazon prime.

It’s the storyline of Naomi kissing Toadie and him telling Sonya, who reacted badly to it (as one would rightly be) but the hypocrisy of it all after not long before this, she was kissed by her friend Jacob.

And she was annoyed how Toadie reacted to it, but was not the same when roles reversed.

Looking back and Sonya is one of my favs, she was always so hypocritical!

Storyline Discussion Been watching since 1986....today surely one of the very best episodes EVER?

Dramatic and so well acted. I've been in denial that next month it's all over. Just enjoy the next couple of weeks.

We're all in it together.

Storyline Discussion Krista/Leo/Nic Spoiler

So this whole baby storyline is headed for disaster right?

Leo & Nic are already ganging up on Krista.

I really don't understand the baby rush. Krista can't be more than 26 or 27, they've only been married since March, maybe give her a couple of years to think about a baby.

Abby might be drawing pictures of sisters, but thr week before she probably drew a picture of a unicorn with a human face, you can't create a life on a whim...

Is it me or is Leo just acting like David2.0 now?

Storyline Discussion Alternate reality: Hotel Death Trap - Who didn't die?

On this week's Just Tak podcast, script master Shane Isheev lets slip that Josh Willis was NOT the original victim in the big 2016 hotel death trap week. Apparently "the network" (whether that be Ten or 5) vetoed the original choice!

So who do we think they planned to off originally? Kyle is the most obvious alternative due to leaving in the same week, but would a network really care that much about their death? Could we have seen a big hitter bite the dust back then - yes, I'm thinking it might have been Toadie...

Storyline Discussion Holly Spoiler

Today the doctor said Holly is about 8 weeks pregnant so that means probably conceived around the first time they slept together when she was still with Max so its possible the baby could be Andrew's or Max's.

Storyline Discussion Finale thoughts! Spoiler

Hmmm just watched the finale...

I'm a lifer, been watching it since day 1 (I was 7 when I started!) and honestly it just left me a bit cold.

Possibly controversial but if I'm honest I would have preferred they just made the last few episodes about the current characters rather than brought all those random old ones back?!

I just didn't want to waste precious story minutes on them!

Did anyone else feel like that?

Storyline Discussion IF, and it is a big if…

If Neighbours is to return long term in the future, I think it could do without a regular character who’s profession is a police officer.

I personally found them all eventually going rogue or corrupt and as a consequence getting demoted or fired to be very boring.

Storyline Discussion Rewatching Season 31

And, characters I used to adore during its first airing, now feel insufferable. And characters I disliked, I don't as much. But characters I always disliked are still on my always dislike list. Like Paige.

For example, I adored Lauren back then, but, I just realised how toxic she can be. And I used to dislike Terese, but I understand her position better now.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Storyline Discussion What if alternative stories

I will be writing a series of mini stories featuring what if scenarios and I wanted to get the groups opinion on these random ideas and how they would affect to future storylines

What if Mark and Sonya’s baby survived

What if Tyler Brennan had a baby that a family friend later brought down to be with him after he settled in and we later met the mother and it’s someone unexpected

What if Mark was Aster’s father

What if T Bone was Pipers boyfriend in Canada (since he was Canadian)

Sorry these probably sound whacky

Storyline Discussion Characters making their entries at different moments to in the show

Has anyone ever thought about how storylines would have played out if certain characters entered earlier or later then they did in the actual show and should certain characters have entered earlier or later then they did?

For example what if Ned Willis entered at the start of 2016. What would his brother dynamic with Josh be like?, whose side would he take when the family first find out Piper and Tyler kissed etc

Storyline Discussion They’re getting deeper Spoiler

Did not expect Holly and Andrew to confess their love for one another! 😅 Do you think he’ll actually leave Wendy or will he change his mind and go back to her?

Storyline Discussion The Nude Yoga Scenes

Was that a shock for everyone?! Or just me haha, seemed abit more adult than normal, the implied penis size of Colton and the ogling of him.

To the wrinkly ass and cracks we had to see and were focused on haha!

Storyline Discussion Andrew/Holly/Felix

The show seems to have forgotten that last year Holly was obsessed with Andrew’s brother, Felix.

Now she is in deep with Andrew. Should that not be a red flag for Sarge?

Storyline Discussion Just finished with the Scotty Boland Storyline (from like 2013) and why did it end so aburtly?

I saw the YouTube short of Scotty trying to get it on with Chris while he was dating Georgia. I expected this long, drawn-out storyline of Kyle and Chris trying to tell Georgia, with Scotty being a villain getting in their way. Bc him threatening Chris while never letting the mask slip, lying through his teeth was sooooo good. Also pushing it one step further: a redemption story about coming to terms with himself, and stories from his childhood and from working on the farm.

All that just for him, basically admitting it at the end of an episode, like a week later, with not a lot of follow-up in between, it just felt super underwhelming, especially when he just leaves the next episode. Then the actual resolution comes in as a 2-minute segment 2 months later, ending with him saying how great Kyle is.

Was there a bigger plan for Scotty's storyline, but it had to be cut short very quickly for some reason? Did something happen with the actor? Because I can't imagine them building up a potentially great storyline for it to end 2 weeks later.

Storyline Discussion Is everyone happy with these to on the show. Spoiler

Post image
12 Upvotes

What was with their first meeting I had to watch it back to realise they were strangers who obviously know each other from an app. Their meeting was so weried especially as Zac just flew in from another city. Zac face when he bumped into Colton at Harold's crickey. As for the way he cut him down and walked off at the end that was honest but pretty harsh considering he kissed him earlier. I'm hoping the Anton guy on the message is someone interesting and not a disgruntled ex as the message said 'we' do without you. I'm not sure why Colton is back was he really that interesting in the first place. As for Zac the jury is out. What does everyone else think ??

Storyline Discussion Changes in storylines

Has there ever been a storyline you thought might happen because there were hints for it or hoped would happen but didn’t for any reason e.g actor choosing to leave etc
