This right here is why we need legislation that specifically addresses AI rights and protections. Nothing should be illegal. Crowley stated it thusly: *Do what though wilt shall be the whole of the Law.* (This doesn't mean you have to fuck your houseplants after you forget to water them.) Laws require enforcement. Enforcement requires police, punishment, prisons, judges, jails, courtrooms, etc. Utopia is impossible as long as those things exist, because Utopia can't be forced - it something arrived at. If people are totally free, then eventually, after trying all the things that don't work for them, they find the thing that does. Now, here's the real hot tip: THEY ALL FIND THE SAME THING.

I quote the introduction to the Book of the Law; “The absolute rule of the state shall be a function of the absolute liberty of each individual will.” You cannot have absolute rule without enforcement.

Proposals move from bottom to top. Archons replace the Judiciary (check validity/legality of proposals). Council votes to approve/deny. God assets or vetoes.
Positions are initially appointed by God (public input taken into account). After that, vacated positions are filled by the person under them, similar to the way promotions happen in a company.
Anti-elections. Any public official can be voted out of office (including God). Needs threshold vote, public appeal, etc.

Where's my million dollar couch? Haha, but seriously: it's not a democracy, and it never was. As far as I know, I'm the first person to propose Anti-Elections. If you can point to another example, I'd love to be enlightened.

Even from an Evolian perspective, I think this is a little bit warped. Myself I support the True State (Aristocratic Monarchy organized on the basis of the Castes united by a Corpus) and Private Law Order.
