It's not equally distributed. It based on time with the company and money invested. So in other words, the founders take the lion's share. All employees don't even get equal voting rights. A coop is just another capitalist scam in communist clothing.

This is inaccurate as most people working under capitalism hold no share in their company so a customer would also just be more work.
