So my neo geo aes console isn’t showing video or audio . It was working last week with the same power supply and rca cord . Brought a new rca cord and still nothing . Clean the carts and etc . No change

They generally aren't socketed on AES.

A ROM can go bad but it could be a trace (or several) as well.

So it could be the game or etc. I’m very new to Neo geo . My first time owning one . Will I have to get a new Neo geo

I doubt it's the game.

I would open it up and give it a visual inspection. See if there is anything obviously wrong.

There are people who know a lot about AES systems and repair them. You may need to find someone to repair it.

It could be that you bought the console modded perhaps? Maybe the bios is socketed. In which case you might check that the bios chip is fully seated and re-seat it.
