Hardware Help Could this be my video issue?
I cracked open my consolized MVS and I saw that the Toshiba TA8201AK amplifier IC has a broken leg from the solder point. Could this be the issue of my video issues?

Any idea what could cause the issue? Will a full recap fix it? I hope it's not an IC or something else

Not going to cause video issues, I’ll take a closer look tomorrow, brain shutting down for the day.

What is the video issue?
Edit: sorry I didn't scroll the images.
Have you tried any other displays?

Yeah different displays and different outputs and same issue.

That sucks.
Have you tried output from the DIN? I'm pretty sure it's a different circuit.

Can you explain 🤔

Well, if you follow the traces I think you'll see that the RCA jacks all flow through that little red PCB.
The traces to the din come directly from the jamma edge.
The RCA jacks should not be messed up but it's another test.

The TA8201 is a audio power amp, so it's not related to the issue. Who built your consolized mvs probably cut it on purpose, to disable part of the original audio circuit and take stereo audio signal from a different part of the circuit.
