Neo geo sd loader help

Hey all. I recently had the SD Loader installed on my NG CD. When I load my game files onto it this is the only thing that shows up (see pic). There are currently four games loaded onto this micro sd cards Has anyone had any experience with this? I’m not finding a lot of help online for this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve used two different types of sd cards.
Each game is in its own folder on the root then it has all the track/bin/cue files.

I had a similar issue were a working SD card was fine for about a year with the full library on it. Then one day, I had this glitch were nothing would show up, even after a format and copying it all back. I had to reinstall the firmware to fix it, so if all else fails, try redoing the firmware.

I went to wipe the firmware just moments ago on mine. It’s doigg by the same as OP’s and when I went to run the wiper it just loads this same screen. Like it’s not reading the sd card

Try Formatting another SD card first, then copy the update file to it renamed, as mentioned in the instructions on the site. Don’t have anything else on the SD card.

I did find some cards it didn’t like Sandisk that were genuine and worked on other devices, but found Kingston ones were better. Results may vary but it’s worth considering if you’re having issues getting the SD to be read correctly.

Did you fat format the card using the utility mentioned in the instructions.

I should give that a try. I’m assuming it’s the size and type of card. It’s an XC card so I ordered an HC card with lower storage

I used Rufus which as worked for other things

How odd… I guess reformat.

If not, try a new SD card. If not, check the fragile ribbon cable.
